Operation F.E.E.D. exists to ensure that every household in Muncie and Delaware County has access to nutritious food
during times of crisis. We mobilize communities, strengthen partnerships, and create sustainable distribution networks
that deliver nourishment, dignity, and hope to our neighbors in need.

1. Assist with food access and stability throughout Muncie and Delaware County.
2. Support Second Harvest Food Bank by reducing overflow demand.
3. Strengthen emergency preparedness through agency partnerships.
4. Serve with compassion, dignity, and efficiency—no one left behind.
